| Caption: | 20 Waterside Plaza as seen from 30 Waterside Plaza. The Waterside buildings are 37 floors high and still don't have power or running water. Spent yesterday bringing water an food up the stairs to folks who can't get down without the elevators. 37 is a lot of floors, it turns out.
